NCSA design interns
My experiences working as a student designer were pretty bad. Now that I manage student designers, I try to be the supervisor I wish I had. When starting on a new project, I give them clear creative direction, and encourage them to think outside the box and try innovative solutions. My main goal is to help them gain some great work experience and real projects for the portfolio so when they graduate they can hit the ground running. Working with student designers is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
